AI: Powered by lightweight engines

Powered by the YOLO lightweight engine (Real-Time Object Detection Algorithm), U-FEI provides a comprehensive suite of AI services. These include facial recognition, smart analysis of waste classification (hazardous waste data anomaly detection models), and electronic intrusion detection (tripwire intrusion, zone intrusion, loitering detection, and lingering detection). Additionally, the engine offers transport route deviation alerts, fire and smoke alert detection, and violation identification—specifically monitoring the “Five Immediate Actions” (such as weighing and labeling) to establish a dual closed-loop supervision of “video streams” and “data streams.” This technology also features license plate recognition with night vision support. Specifically, the system achieves a recognition accuracy of over 98% for hazardous waste packaging labels, while static facial recognition reaches a rate of ≥99.9%; the license plate recognition accuracy stands at ≥99%;

Furthermore, U-FEI has established an IA (Intelligent Automation) system. Supported by AI engine capabilities, RPA, and deep learning algorithms, the system provides LSTM-based production forecasting. By modeling historical production data (e.g., daily output, equipment operating parameters, environmental factors), it captures long-term dependencies in time series to achieve precise future predictions with an accuracy of ≥85%. Moreover, the system features an intelligent disposal process matching model that intensively integrates domain knowledge graphs, constructing an end-to-end smart decision-making chain from waste property identification to optimal disposal route recommendation.
